Dibond has two aluminium sheets sandwiching a polyethylene core giving it the highest strength to weight ratio. It is most commonly used for premium quality outdoor signage such as building sites and is popular for businesses needing longer life outdoor signage.

Artwork Checklist

Add 3mm bleed
Add 3mm bleed around all edges of your artwork to allow for cutting during production. Make sure colours, background pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area. Please also make sure there is no text at least 5mm away from the edge of your artwork.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Save your files as print-ready PDF files.
Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
