You can upload your artwork on the checkout page, or by emailing it to us (sales@jazmedia.co.uk) with your order number in the subject line.

We accept a few different formats such as PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, GIF and PNG.

If you are sending us artwork with a mix of graphics and photography please provide us with a PDF (print ready) and if you are sending any Photography, please ensure it is as high resolution as possible.

Please do not supply your artwork in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) as it is not a print ready format, it is fine for printing on a desktop printer, but text and images can appear different on other computers. If you are designing your artwork in Microsoft Word, please use (File – Save As PDF).

We recommend using a program like Adobe Illustrator and creating a new layer called “Spot UV” showing where you’d like it in 100% Magenta.

As well as receiving a invoice with your delivery, we will also email a copy to the billing email address we have on file. If you would like to see all of your past orders and invoices, you can login and click view orders.

Due to our quick turnaround, we cannot offer cancellation once your order has gone to print. If you need to speak to us regarding your order, please call us on 01242 224485 or send an email to sales@jazmedia.co.uk.

To change your delivery address, please login, go to “my account” and click on the relevant order. From there you can change your order details.


We don’t have a fixed price for shipping. Our shipping will increase/decrease based on weights of items in your checkout, you will be only charged for shipping once per order.

All of our packages are delivered using next-day courier service. Please note, this is just for shipping, the printing time can take 2-3 days.

Yes, unfortunately in some cases couriers may not be able to offer next day delivery as some areas of the country, meaning some orders may take an extra day to arrive.

The majority of couriers will leave a note to say that they have attempted delivery. They will then try to deliver again for the following two days. If they are unavailable to deliver on the third attempt, the print will be returned to us.
